SALERNO  ·  CEDAR PARK, TX

White oak, stained to read as walnut with the grain kept flat. The whole kitchen, done in four weeks.

The homes here, made to feel custom

Most of Cedar Park went up in the 2000s: good-sized houses in master-planned subdivisions, built to a builder’s spec and a builder’s finishes. Twenty years on, the kitchen is closed off from everything else, the finishes have dated, and the house looks like the others on the street.

That is the work we do most. We take a 2000s subdivision house and make the inside feel custom, without you having to move. It stops looking like a tract home and starts looking like yours.

A Cedar Park kitchen, start to finish

One project, in a Cedar Park subdivision.

Glass railings on the stair, a twenty-foot plastered fireplace wall, and the whole house repainted, all inside the four weeks.

Friends of ours had sold their house and needed the kitchen finished before they moved into this one, about a month, when a job like it usually runs two or three. We did it in four weeks.

They wanted walnut cabinets, in white oak. Getting the stain to read as walnut without the grain going blotchy took two weeks and half a dozen samples. It was worth it.

What we remodel in Cedar Park

Kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house remodels — plus additions and the structural work that opens a floor plan up. The same work, whether it is one room or the whole house.

See everything we do

How a job runs

On site, on time

The owner is the one on your job

The subcontractors on your Cedar Park project are mostly the same people Martin has built with for ten years, and he is on site with them rather than checking in from a distance.

He will tell you what cannot be done before you sign anything, and how long the job really takes. We would rather say that at the bid than halfway through.

Permits and payment

Handled, and tied to the work

We pull the permits and handle the inspections. Most homeowners are wary of the permit process; it is part of what you are hiring us to take off your plate.

On payment, the money follows the work. You pay $500 at signing, then draws tied to stages that are finished, and we do not take our own final payment until you have walked the punch list with us and signed off on it.

Start your Cedar Park remodel

Tell us about your Cedar Park house. People usually think about this for a year or more before they call anybody. Calling early is easier than calling late, and nothing has been ordered yet.
