HOME REMODEL
Big Tree Trail was our first whole-home remodel: the kitchen, the master bath, a Jack-and-Jill, a separate bathroom, new floors throughout, the stair, and the two-storey living room. One house, every room.
The master bath got the freestanding tub and the vein-matched shower; the living room got the grid moulding across the full two-storey wall; the stair got a steel picket railing.

Leander is younger than its neighbors. A lot of it went up in the 2010s, still new enough to leave alone. The remodels are in the older pockets, the early-2000s neighborhoods where the finishes have had twenty years to date.
That is where we work: taking a house that was built to a builder’s spec and making the inside feel custom, without you having to move.

He will also tell you what cannot be done before you sign anything. We would rather lose the easy yes than surprise you halfway through.
Permits and payment
Handled, and tied to the work
We pull the permits and handle the inspections. The permit process is one of the things people dread most, and it is part of what you are hiring us to take off your plate.
On payment, the money follows the work. You pay $500 at signing, then draws tied to stages that are finished, and we do not take our own final payment until you have walked the punch list with us and signed off on it.
