Home remodeling, from one room to the whole house
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house remodels and additions across the Austin area, turning builder-grade houses into ones that feel custom. On time, with Martin on site.
Kitchen remodeling
The kitchen is where most of our work starts, and often where the whole house opens up. New cabinets, countertops and lighting, and where it makes sense, walls come down so the kitchen joins the rest of the house. Cabinets get drawn before they get built, and you say yes or no to the drawings while changing your mind is still free.
We drew one Old Enfield kitchen around a walnut range wall and a new window that needed a header sized to carry the load; Houzz ran it as Kitchen of the Week. In Cedar Park, we stained white oak to read as walnut.
Bathroom remodeling
Bathrooms with the original builder tile and an enclosed tub, remade. Freestanding tubs, walk-in showers, new vanities and fixtures, and tile set the way it should be, not the way it saves an hour.
In one Leander master bath we pulled the enclosed tub for a freestanding one and a vein-matched large-format shower, with the niche cut into the tile field so the veining runs unbroken.
Whole-home remodels
When it is the whole house, we take it room by room: kitchen, baths, floors, stairs and the living spaces, so the inside finally feels like one house instead of a builder’s floor plan. This is the work we do most.
Big Tree Trail in Leander was our first whole-home remodel: every room, including a two-storey living room with grid moulding across the full wall. It got noticed on the street and turned into three houses in the same neighborhood.
Additions & structural work
Opening a floor plan up is structural work, and it is a lot of what we do. A wall that carries load comes down with a header or a beam sized for the span, coordinated with a structural engineer. We also add and reclaim space, like turning part of a garage into a pantry and laundry.
At the Enfield house we opened the kitchen by dropping a load-bearing wall, sized the header for a new window, and carved a walk-in pantry and laundry out of the garage.
How we work
Every job runs the same way: an honest bid you walk through in person, the permits and inspections handled, payments tied to work that is finished, and Martin on site the whole time. We do not take our own final payment until you have walked the punch list and signed off.

Working with investors, or building new? Martin has renovated investment properties on tight timelines (one full renovation, fully permitted in Austin, in ten weeks) and built new homes earlier in his career. If that is the kind of work you have, get in touch.
